The transaction represents the strategic expansion of GAL’s global footprint into the high-growth marketplace of Turkey and surrounding regions. GAL is targeting to be a worldwide reputable aviation leader in Turkey, Russia and CIS countries, and MATS is representative of our strategy to invest in Antalya with the highest growth potential in aviation.

All business at MATS will be shaped and controlled by GAL’s board and Mr. Kazim Dikici is going to be chairman of the board in MATS as well. bringing the quality standards of the workscopes to the highest international level will be our major task.
